Overview

This role will be expected to take initiative and collaborate with all employees to develop, design, and facilitate and measure effective training programs for TFM field employees. The position will report to the Manager of Operations Training and Development.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate instructor led classroom and in-market training programs
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
  • Design, develop, and implement instructional materials
  • Assess the impact of training programs and make adjustments to improve effectiveness
  • Prepare training room, monitor supplies, order print materials and assist with other logistics for classroom sessions (meals, transportation, communication, etc.)
  • Manage several training projects and sessions concurrently
  • Build and maintain cooperative working relationships inside and outside of the department
  • Collaborate with individuals across the organization to evaluate and enhance current training materials and delivery methods
  • Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent training experience including, but not limited to, facilitating training or developing training content
  • Experienced in the development of instructional materials, aids and manuals
  • Knowledge of instructional design theory, learning principles, and facilitation techniques
  • Organization and coordination skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • High level or both written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work successfully in a team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • The position will require up to 50% travel
