The Fresh Market is searching for a Marketing Coordinator - Culinary Content to be based in our Corporate office in Greensboro, NC. This position will assist in the creation and management of engaging and inspiring customer facing content, liaise with external and internal parties to ensure timeliness of content creation process and delivery of content to appropriate teams, and ensure guest facing messaging is consistent across in store, print and digital communication platforms.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented and deadline driven. 3 - 5 years’ experience in marketing and a background in food retail is a plus. Creative and collaborative in nature, this candidate should have a deep knowledge and passion for specialty food and an understanding of the culinary landscape and consumer trends.
Assist in management and creation of content development to support seasonal content calendar, meal solutions programs, new product roll outs, signature items/categories, seasonal promotions, etc.
Brainstorm food content ideas and innovative methods of engaging with customers across multiple communication platforms for both regularly occurring and new programming.
Manage recipe development workflow to ensure maximum efficiency in resources; deadlines are met, proper prioritization of work and consistency in recipe writing. Edit for consistency and accordance with TFM brand guidelines and recipe style guide.
Manage content development projects in Workfront (project management software). Includes uploading content, proofing materials, ensuring timeliness on deadlines, etc.
Collaborate with food stylist to troubleshoot/edit existing recipes in advance of photography
Partner with social media and guest service teams to troubleshoot incoming recipe questions, cooking questions, etc. from customers
