  • Overview

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator with The Fresh Market will be responsible for managing the hourly talent acquisition process for assigned regions while working in close partnership with Field Talent Acquisition and store management teams to ensure that all store staffing needs are met or exceeded. This position has accountability for all aspects of hourly employee sourcing and onboarding processes to include but not limited to, posting new employment opportunities, screening, moving candidates in the ATS, scheduling interviews, tracking progress and regulatory compliance.

    Responsibilities

    • Screen and schedule qualified store level candidates on behalf of the store leadership team
    • Develop and implement routines to ensure candidates are contacted, screened and submitted to store management for the store interview while tracking and processing background checks and sending onboarding materials
    • Demonstrated ability to multi task and reprioritize tasks to assist in managing reports and refocusing on positions urgent to fill
    • Facilitate new recruitment initiatives and complete special projects as assigned
    • Participate and contribute to process improvement strategies, projects and initiatives as it relates to Diversity & Inclusion

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills and possess basic math skills
    • A working knowledge of Recruiting, background check processes and onboarding systems is preferred
    • Demonstrated strong communication and multi-tasking skills
    • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency, organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels of employees
    • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department is required
    • Demonstrated excellent people skills are required for all positions within The Fresh Market
    • Demonstrated ability to work with computers and computer based programs to include but not limited to, expert or intermediate knowledge using applicant tracking systems is required, Outlook Calendar and email communication
    • Demonstrate the ability to be organized, to work independently and with the team to provide the highest quality candidate experience
