    As a Guest Care Specialist, you serve as an extension of The Fresh Market brand, engaging with guests and internal departments to accurately respond to guest inquiries, deliver value and ensure guests receive an extraordinary service experience. Guest Care Specialists also connect with guests across social networks to generate excitement about in-store events, products and services.  This position works closely with store/field management and other corporate office teams to support our stores and eliminate barriers to providing an outstanding guest experience.


    • Engage with guests to identify and successfully resolve product /service issues and to build brand loyalty.
    • Act as a brand advocate on social platforms, connecting with guests and potential guests to generate excitement about our products and service offerings and to successfully mitigate issues
    • Possess strong networking skills, bringing together internal partners to solve problems, and improve the guest experience
    • Use CRM to document guest information, feedback and solutions
    • Field incoming requests from stores and other internal partners, open trouble tickets, facilitate problem resolution
    • Maintain acceptable performance standards, including attendance, effectiveness, efficiency and quality


    • 2+ years of customer service experience
    • Day/early evening and occasional weekend availability
    • Demonstrated listening, relationship building, problem solving and decision-making skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels of engagement.
    • Proficiency in MS Office environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent required


    • Successful experience in the grocery industry with a passion for building guest loyalty
    • Social community management experience
