Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition, Regional Directors of Operations and all levels of employee to ensure the success of the department and the company. Manage the recruitment efforts for assigned existing store locations to support company sourcing, staffing and retention needs. Source candidates utilizing a variety of methods to include, but not limited to direct recruiting, networking, and social media. Assist with all facets of the organization's diversity and inclusion initiatives from advocacy to program development and education. Ensures all efforts align to organizational goals and objectives to promote the best workplace, team and customer experience.
