  • Overview

    Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition, Regional Directors of Operations and all levels of employee to ensure the success of the department and the company. Manage the recruitment efforts for assigned existing store locations to support company sourcing, staffing and retention needs. Source candidates utilizing a variety of methods to include, but not limited to direct recruiting, networking, and social media. Assist with all facets of the organization's diversity and inclusion initiatives from advocacy to program development and education. Ensures all efforts align to organizational goals and objectives to promote the best workplace, team and customer experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Screen and refer qualified candidates to store and regional leadership
    •  Facilitate new recruitment initiatives and complete special projects as assigned
    •  Educate, consult and manage clients through established processes and procedures
    •  Provide staffing consulting services to support the business needs of our field operations
    • Advocate for a workforce that practices diversity and inclusion and respects the strengths and differences of all people
    •  Assist in the development of and facilitates programs that build these characteristics into the company culture
    • Partner with leaders to build diversity and inclusion into all their respective businesses and department functions
    •  Actively lead, participate and contribute to process improvement strategies, projects and initiative as it relates to Diversity & Inclusion

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Must have at least 3-5 years of recruiting experience in either the staffing or retail industry.
    • Experience using iCIMS is preferred.
    • Oral and written communication skills that allow for productive communication with co-workers, management and customers.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

    Work Environment/Physical Responsibilities

    • Typical motions include repetitive hand and arm movements, repetitive typing and speaking over the phone.
    • Physically present at the workplace/store and in strict adherence to the Company’s attendance and punctuality requirements.
    • Responsible for moving or lifting an average of 10-20 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 30 pounds occasionally.
    • Will be required to spend the majority of time sitting without a break for up to 4 hours.
