  • Overview

    Responsible for managing Kronos Time & Attendance and Labor Scheduling processes for our retail locations.  This position is responsible for creating and maintaining weekly and monthly labor reports to support field operations.  Additionally, this roll will be responsible for analytics focused on delivering insights to the business and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.   This position will work closely with retail operations, merchandising, and other teams as a thought partner on a daily basis.

    Responsibilities

    • Administrate and maintain work management system application
    • Develop ad hoc reporting related to payroll costs, hours, and production time as it relates to store volume and/or the geographical location of each store
    • Conduct complex analytical projects in order to identify areas for labor/productivity improvement
    • Recommends efficiencies by assessing job duties, reorganization workflow, and adjusting critical store staffing models
    • Analyze labor trends by department, provide analysis and present recommendations to field operations and corporate leaders
    • Conduct external trend research and analysis focusing on the retail industry
    • Create and distribute standardize reporting and analysis
    • Continuously monitor labor productivity analytics and propose solutions for improvement
    • Identify sales labor forecast variances and trends with special attention to new stores

    Required Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
    • Experience with Kronos or Reflexis is required
    • 3+ years of experience, preferably in labor analysis
    • Familiar with work measurement concepts, practices and procedures within the retail industry
    • Previous experience in Grocery/Retail preferred
