The Fresh Market currently has an opening for a Gift Center/Floral Merchandising Specialist at our Corporate Offices in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role is responsible for providing daily support for the stores and the Floral Director: handling store support calls and communications, sending product distributions to vendors, new item set up, credits, and weekly programs.
Cashiers provide fast, friendly, and accurate check out services for our customers using computerized cash register systems. Basic math skills, accuracy, and a sense of urgency are important, as is the ability to memorize product identification codes and weekly ad specials. Cashiers are tasked with bagging their customers' orders and helping shoppers find items in the store. They assist in the cleaning and dusting of the checkout stands and surrounding areas and may take “return” products back to proper shelf locations.
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing large volumes of data while ensuring a high level of data quality. The analyst will work closely with merchandising and marketing teams as a thought partner on a day to day basis, directly supporting the Senior Manager and Vice President of FP&A.
The Staff Accountant II will be part of the Corporate Accounting team and be primarily responsible for the areas of real estate, insurance and general accounting. An individual in this position will be responsible for financial analysis and reporting, budget preparation, variance analysis and internal communication of results, in the areas of his/her responsibility.
The Staff Accountant II will work closely with other departments within the company and external contractors. He/she will be responsible for providing financial schedules and communication of results to the internal and external audit teams on a periodic basis.
The Staff Accountant II must demonstrate a high level of integrity, high respect for accuracy, in-depth understanding of accounting principles, and have the ability and desire to independently monitor and review results for appropriateness.
The individual in this position must be organized, motivated and maintain a sense of urgency with tasks which are required to be completed timely and accurately with respect to month/quarter-end and year-end responsibilities.
The Fresh Market currently has an opening for a Direct Marketing Coordinator to be based at our Corporate Office in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Our Direct Marketing Coordinator will be pivotal in the set up of communications delivered to guests via email and direct mail with a focus on content organization and administration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This position will assist the Direct Marketing Manager with the day to day management of email content needs, product recommendations and offers, plus tracking, analysis of and reporting on email campaign results. Candidate must have organizational, analytical and technology skills with the ability to see projects through to completion, take initiative to learn new technologies and find solutions to optimize email campaign effectiveness. This position will also assist the Direct Marketing Manager with campaign data organization and reporting for segmentation and analysis.
This position will report to the Direct Marketing Manager. Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Email Studio experience is preferred. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
